1978 - A small ceramic factory was born in Alcobaça - Portugal.

Recreating and adapting the traditional ceramic models and decorations of Alcobaça’s region,

but maintaining some of their original characteristics, such as the hand painted decoration.

In 1992 the company became Silvério Coelho lda, with the same line of thought, developing

decorations and models on the way to the new esthetic and practical needs of the modern society.
